RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. EyeBlush does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect selection. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

This applies to all products (entire site). 

We carefully inspect and package all orders before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48hours of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photos of the item received, and the items are to be in its original packaging, If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, at our discretion. 

Claims will not be approved if the item shows any signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, perfume, odors, stains, or damage. 

 If  replacement items are unavailable, we will notify you and may provide alternative resolution options when possible.

Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, excessive, or in violation of our policy terms.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, damage that occurs after package leaves our facility, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Once tracking shows delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

Order Cancellations

In rare cases, an order may be canceled due to inventory being sold out, stock discrepancies, or system errors. If this occurs, you will be notified directly and issued a full refund if payment was collected. If available, alternative options may be offered.

Holidays & Delays

Processing and shipping times may be affected during holidays, high-volume sales periods, weather disruptions, or carrier delays. These situations are outside of our control.
